We loved the large room and nice bathroom. The hotel ensured our comfort with perfect climate control, even during the hot weather. The staff showed great attention to detail, double-checking our food due to my gluten intolerance. The rooms were excellent - clean, tastefully designed, and had a beautiful bathroom with a large bath and perfect water temperature. The shuttle service was reliable, and the receptionists were polite and professional, always welcoming us with warm smiles. We had a really good night's sleep and enjoyed the tasty food. The hotel's convenient location close to the airport, highway, and tram made our stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient shuttle service to the airport and friendly staff. the breakfast was well laid out and had a good variety of options to choose from. the free upgrade to a superior twin family room was a great surprise and made our stay more comfortable. the connecting rooms were a nice touch and allowed us to have more space. We also appreciated the late check out, which gave us extra time to relax before our flight. the shuttle service to and from the airport was a great bonus and saved us a lot of money on transportation.
The check-in process was slow and confusing. the staff seemed disorganized and didn't communicate well.

It was fairly clean, and I liked very good staff and rooms. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating and a radio. Holiday hotel in a pretty comfortable area very close to the airport as well as the centre.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. We were delighted to find that this place offers a free shuttle service to the airport, which was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were impressed with the quality of the room service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with lots of delicious options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very close to Orly airport. The free shuttle service to-and-from the airport made it even easier to travel. the hotel had a great breakfast with fresh cheese and pastries, and the rooms were quiet and allowed for a refreshing night's sleep.
The pillows in the rooms were not comfortable and lacked proper support for the neck and head.
